1. Sponsor
The Active Formula Creator Army Challenge (the "Challenge") is offered by ActiveFormula LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, of 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (the "Sponsor").
Contact for questions about these Rules: info@activeformula.shop.
The Challenge is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, TikTok. TikTok is not a party to these Rules and has no responsibility for the Challenge or its prizes.
2. What the Challenge is
The Sponsor ranks TikTok affiliate creators on a points score built from the sales their own content generates for the Sponsor's products and from the content they post, and pays cash prizes to the three highest-placed entrants who qualify in each season.
Winning depends entirely on measured performance. There is no element of chance in the Challenge, and no prize is awarded by drawing, lottery or random selection at any point.
The public leaderboard is at https://afcreatorarmy.com.
3. Seasons and schedule
The Challenge begins 1 October 2026 at 00:00:00 Pacific Time.
The Challenge runs in consecutive seasons, numbered from the first:
- the 1st to the 15th of each month, and
- the 16th to the last day of each month.
Each season closes at 23:59:59 Pacific Time on its last day. All times in these Rules are Pacific Time (America/Los_Angeles), including during daylight saving transitions.
A creator may win in more than one season. Each season is scored independently and the board resets when a season opens.
The Sponsor may end the Challenge after any season. Ending the Challenge does not affect prizes already won in a closed season.
4. Who may enter
Entry is open to a person who, during the season:
- is an approved affiliate of the Sponsor's TikTok Shop;
- has joined the Sponsor's open collaboration on TikTok, or has been invited by the Sponsor to a targeted collaboration on TikTok (see Section 5);
- is at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia; and
- is not excluded under the next paragraph.
Excluded from entry:
- Creators on a TikTok Managed Service Plan, who cannot invoice a seller directly for payment.
- Anyone the Sponsor determines has breached Section 8 (Conduct).
5. How to enter
No purchase, payment or entry fee is required to enter or to win, and no purchase or payment will improve a creator's chance of winning.
A creator enters in either of two ways:
- by joining the Sponsor's open collaboration on TikTok, which is also how the Sponsor sends free product samples; or
- by being invited by the Sponsor to a targeted collaboration on TikTok.
There is no form to complete and no separate acceptance step. Promoting the Sponsor's products as an entrant constitutes acceptance of these Rules.
The Sponsor may also contact creators by email. An email is a way of reaching a creator, not a way of entering: a creator enters only in one of the two ways above. Replying to an email, on its own, does not enter a creator.
A creator who sells the Sponsor's products without joining the open collaboration or being invited to a targeted collaboration is not an entrant. Their sales may still appear on the public leaderboard, but they cannot place or win a prize, and prizes go to the highest-placed entrants.
To place (to be eligible for a prize) in a season, a creator must have at least 75 points in that same season. Points come from any mix of qualifying sales and videos, scored as in Section 6.2; there is no separate minimum for either. The 75 points can come from eight organic qualifying sales, from 15 videos, or from any combination.
The leaderboard's Sales column is the number of qualifying sales in the season that a creator's points are paid on: organic and ad-assisted qualifying sales added together. An order with both an organic and an ad-assisted qualifying line counts once in each, exactly as it scores. A sale from a video posted before the season is not a qualifying sale and is not in the column. The leaderboard's Videos column is the number of the creator's videos that count in the season under Section 6.1, the count their video points are paid on when the results are fixed.
6. How winners are determined
6.1 What counts
A qualifying sale. A sale counts for a creator when the Sponsor's records show an affiliate order line, ordered in the season, that is all of the following:
- attributed by TikTok to that creator;
- attributed to that creator's own LIVE or pre-LIVE, or to a video the creator posted in the same season; and
- not marked ineligible by TikTok (for example, an order that was returned in full).
A sale from a video posted before the season began earns no points, however recently it sold. Sales attributed to a storefront visit, a shared link or a promotion page do not count either, whether or not an ad was placed behind them.
A qualifying sale is organic when the Sponsor did not pay to place the content behind it, and ad-assisted when it did. An order counts once, however many qualifying lines it contains.
A video. A video promoting the Sponsor's products counts when the creator posted it in the season and TikTok still lists it when the season's results are fixed (Section 6.4). A video deleted before then does not count. A post scheduled in advance counts only once it has actually been posted, and only if that happens in the season. When a video was posted is the posting time TikTok reports for it. The leaderboard may show a video before TikTok's data confirms it; a video counts only as this section says when the results are fixed. A LIVE does not score points in this season; LIVEs still generate qualifying sales.
6.2 The ranking
Creators are ranked on points, scored as:
10 points for each organic qualifying sale
+ 3 points for each ad-assisted qualifying sale
+ 5 points for each video that counts in the season (Section 6.1)
There is no cap on any term. Follower counts, engagement, and a creator's sales for any other brand have no effect on rank.
Ad-assisted sales score less because the Sponsor paid to place that content, so the reach was not the creator's own.
6.3 Ties
Where two creators have the same points total, the higher place goes, in order:
- to the creator with more units sold;
- then to the creator with more videos that count in the season (Section 6.1);
- then to the creator who reached the total first.
If two or more creators are still tied after all three, the prizes for the tied places are added together and divided equally among them. The total paid for the season is unchanged: two creators tied for first share the first and second prizes, and the next creator takes third. Any cent left over after dividing is paid one cent at a time to the tied creators in the order the leaderboard lists them.
This is reachable. A creator can place on videos alone, and two creators who posted the same number of videos and sold nothing have the same total, the same units, the same videos, and no first-sale time to separate them. The leaderboard marks a place the mechanism could not separate.
6.4 When the results are fixed
A season's results are fixed 48 hours after the season ends, from the data TikTok reports at that moment. TikTok's figures arrive with a delay, and this gives the season's last sales and videos time to appear. Who qualified, the places and the prizes are all decided from that data.
At that point, a sale line that cannot be read, or cannot be traced to content that qualifies under Section 6.1, scores nothing, and the creator is measured on the rest of their sales. If TikTok's data for the season's last day is still incomplete then, the results are fixed on what was available.
A refund, return or adjustment after the results are fixed does not change who qualified, who placed or what is paid. The next season opens on time and does not wait for these results.
7. Prizes
7.1 The prizes
Each season pays three fixed prizes:
| Place | Prize |
|---|---|
| 1st | $500.00 |
| 2nd | $300.00 |
| 3rd | $100.00 |
All amounts are in US dollars. The prizes are the same whatever the season's sales: they do not grow or shrink with sales volume. Section 6.3 says how tied places share them.
7.2 The minimum number of qualifying creators
Prizes are paid only when at least five creators qualify under Section 5 in the season. If fewer than five creators qualify, no prizes are paid for that season. Nothing is carried into the next season, and nothing is redistributed.
When at least five creators qualify, the three prizes go to the three highest-placed creators who qualify, in the order of Section 6. A creator who is not an entrant takes no place, even where the leaderboard lists them higher.
8. Conduct
A creator is disqualified, and any prize is forfeited, if the Sponsor determines that the creator has:
- purchased the Sponsor's products themselves, or arranged for purchases, in order to affect their own ranking. Self-purchases and purchases by a creator's household do not count as qualifying sales.
- posted content that does not genuinely feature the Sponsor's products, in order to accumulate video points;
- generated artificial clicks, conversions or impressions by any means;
- failed to disclose their material connection to the Sponsor as required by Section 9;
- stated or implied that the Sponsor's products diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease; or
- breached TikTok's own Terms of Use, Community Guidelines or affiliate policies.
The Sponsor reviews the content of the three prize winners before paying a season's prizes.
9. Disclosure
Participation in the Challenge, and eligibility for its prizes, is a material connection between the creator and the Sponsor under the US FTC's Endorsement Guides (16 C.F.R. §255).
A creator must clearly and conspicuously disclose that connection in every post that promotes the Sponsor's products. A disclosure that a viewer must click, scroll or expand to see is not conspicuous.
Rank is determined by measured performance alone. No prize is conditioned on a creator expressing a positive opinion, and creators are free to say what they actually think about the products.
10. What is published
The Sponsor operates a public leaderboard at https://afcreatorarmy.com which shows, for each creator it ranks: their TikTok handle, display name, avatar, rank, points total, and the number of videos counted in the season.
A creator's number of qualifying sales is published beside their rank, so that a creator can check their own standing: the Sales count described in Section 5. A count the Sponsor cannot yet read is marked as such rather than shown as zero. No sales amount is published.
The Sponsor does not publish a creator's sales or performance for any other brand.
11. Winner notification and payment
Winners are contacted within 7 days of a season closing, using the contact details the creator has given TikTok or the Sponsor.
At that point the Sponsor confirms the winner can be paid directly. A creator on a TikTok Managed Service Plan cannot invoice a seller, so no prize can reach them; Section 4 excludes them, and the place they held is not paid.
Prizes are paid by PayPal. A winner must supply a valid PayPal address and, where required, the tax documentation in Section 12.
A winner has 30 days from the date the Sponsor first makes contact to supply payment details. A prize not claimed within 30 days is forfeited and is not redistributed.
12. Taxes
Prizes are income. Each winner is responsible for all taxes on any prize they receive.
The Sponsor may be required to report prize payments to the US Internal Revenue Service. A winner must supply a completed IRS Form W-9 (or, for a non-US person, the applicable Form W-8) before a first prize is paid. A winner who does not supply one may have payment withheld or delayed, and may be subject to backup withholding.
13. Changes and disputes
The Sponsor may correct an obvious error in the leaderboard or in a prize calculation.
The Sponsor will not change the measurement, the eligibility requirements, the tiebreak order, the prizes or the minimum number of qualifying creators for a season after that season has opened. Changes take effect from the start of a later season and will be published here before that season opens.
The Sponsor may suspend or end the Challenge if it cannot be operated as described — for example if TikTok changes or withdraws the data the ranking depends on. Prizes already won in a closed season will still be paid.
A creator who believes their standing is wrong should contact info@activeformula.shop within 14 days of the season closing.
14. Governing law
These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
